Data Deletion Instructions

1. Revoke Platform Authorization

If you no longer use the service, revoke application authorization from the official account settings of Shopee, TikTok Shop, or the relevant platform. After revocation, we can no longer access or update data through that authorization.

2. Submit a Deletion Request

Email 1137947750@qq.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• Your name or company name;
• The platform, master account, company, or store identifiers involved;
• Information reasonably demonstrating your authority over the account;
• The requested deletion scope;
• An email address for the result.

Do not send passwords, verification codes, complete access tokens, or unnecessary sensitive credentials.

3. Identity and Authority Verification

To prevent unauthorized deletion, we may verify the request through a registered email, platform administrator account, or another reasonable method. We may pause processing if verification cannot be completed.

4. Deletion Scope and Exceptions

After verification, we delete or anonymize relevant account data, synchronized store data, task records, authorization tokens, and other service-related information as requested. Information required for law, financial audit, disputes, security, or platform compliance may be restricted rather than immediately erased. Backups expire through normal rotation.

5. Expected Timeline

1. We generally acknowledge the request or ask for verification details within 5 business days.
2. After verification, we generally complete deletion or explain a lawful exception within 30 days.
3. We send completion confirmation to the requesting email.
