By accessing this website or using Sellora AI+ services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you act for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Services

Services may include authorized platform data synchronization, store and product management, order and review assistance, exception detection, operational recommendations, task scheduling, draft replies, and guarded automation. Availability depends on platform capabilities, account permissions, and the current product version.

We do not operate Shopee, TikTok Shop, or other third-party platforms. Their services remain subject to their own terms.

3. Accounts and Authorization

• You must have authority over connected companies, accounts, and stores.
• Platform authorization must use official authorization flows.
• You must protect passwords, tokens, verification codes, and device access.
• Expired permissions or platform limitations may interrupt services.

4. Recommendations, Automation, and Approval

Classifications, explanations, forecasts, priorities, and generated drafts assist human judgment and do not replace it. Actions that may change platform data or have material business impact should be previewed and approved by an authorized person.

A click or API response alone is not proof of success. Where feasible, the service verifies the resulting state on the platform and records failures or retries.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, unauthorized scraping, security bypass, platform abuse, or consumer-harming activity, or to manage accounts or data you do not control.

6. Availability and Changes

Service may be interrupted by maintenance, networks, cloud providers, platform UI or API changes, rate limits, expired authorization, or events beyond reasonable control. We aim to surface uncertain work and provide retry or manual-review paths.

7. Liability

Recommendations depend on the data available at the time and may be affected by delay, incompleteness, or platform changes. Users should verify the scope and impact of important pricing, inventory, order, reply, or publishing actions. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the service and revoke platform authorization. We may limit features where there is a serious security risk, unlawful use, or harm to third parties. Data after termination is handled under the Privacy Policy.
