Authorized platform data

Within permissions granted by the user and platform, we may process store, product, inventory, order, logistics, review, customer service, marketing, finance summary, and analytics data, as well as access tokens and expiry information. Available fields depend on the platform's approved permissions.

System and security data

Operation logs, synchronization timestamps, task status, failure reasons, approval records, device or browser identifiers, IP addresses, and necessary security audit information.

Information you submit

Support messages, issue descriptions, deletion requests, and information reasonably necessary to verify the requester's authority.

• To complete platform authorization, store connection, token refresh, and authorization alerts;
• To synchronize and display authorized operational data with freshness and completeness indicators;
• To classify and prioritize operational exceptions and generate recommendations or draft replies;

We disclose only what is necessary to connected commerce/content platforms, cloud and security providers, competent authorities with valid legal requests, or a lawful successor in a corporate transaction.
